French President Nikola Sarkozy confirmed today in Bucharest, that France may return to the integrated military commanding of NATO by the next Summit in 2009, only if by that time progress has been made for the project of "Europe of defence". We must give time to Ukrane and Georgia to fulfil the requirements for acceptance i the Plan for accession in NATO, said Sarkozy. "No one can impose a choice on the topic of enlargement of NATO" said Chancellor Angela Merkel.
