The problem with corruption is not a Bulgarian feature, it is a common problem for countries, which are subjected to dynamic changes and Bulgaria makes no exception. This was the general opinion of the Bulgarian Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev and the Director General of the European Anti-Fraud Office OLAF Franz-Hermann Brüner, the government announced for FOCUS News Agency.
